We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. 

Returns must be:

  • new, unopened and unused
  • sent back in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • sent back within 30 days of delivery to you. No exceptions. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

Refunds 

We will accept returns as long as it satisfies our policy for store credit only. We will deduct a 10% restocking fee from the store credit. 

Original shipping fees on returned goods are non-refundable. We do not offer or provide return shipping labels - you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We strongly recommend receiving a tracking number from the courier for your returned items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
