Shipping Policy
By placing an order on LUXXIER, you are agreeing to the shipping terms below.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
We are designed and based in Los Angeles and keep most stock available in our warehouse.
On some occasions, newer products or sold out styles will need to be pre-ordered, resulting in slightly longer shipping times. In these cases, once the payment is received we will ship your order within 48 hours and delivery may take up to 14 working days. Kindly note, working days exclude weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive email confirmation with tracking details included. We will notify you promptly if there are delays or issues that arise with shipping.
Once an order ships, liability shifts to the courier so please contact them with any questions regarding delivery.
CUSTOM FEES
We are not responsibility for custom fees, duties and/or taxes. These are setforth by your destination country. We recommend checking with your country and the respective import fees on goods to set expectations when receiving your order.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If you did not receive your package, was stolen or the package was damaged by the courier, please file a claim with your courier and/or local authorities immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us at shopluxxier@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We have a 24 hour warranty policy in place and our procedure is to send a replacement if deemed defective or faulty.
We are not responsibility, refund nor reimburse issues related to: wrong or incorrect address issues at checkout, custom fees and/or duties charges, missing packages, delivered not received.
